Due to the current status of Foot and Mouth Disease in South Africa, all movement of cloven-hoofed animals sold at this auction is subject to the issuance of a Red Cross Movement Permit by the KZN Department of Agriculture and Rural Development: Veterinary Services.

Bidders are required to familiarise themselves with the latest movement protocols and conditions issued by State Veterinary Services prior to bidding, to ensure animals can be legally transported to their intended destination. Consultation with local State Veterinarians and Game Capture Officials is strongly advised.

As of April 2025, movement control measures apply within the Disease Management Area (DMA) of KwaZulu-Natal; movement out of the DMA is unlikely to be approved, while movement within and into the DMA will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the State Veterinary Services.

Registration through RS Auctioneers online platform and NOT with Ezemvelo.

Invoices will be send from Exemvelo (NOT RS Auctioneers) and payments will be made to Ezemevelo and NOT to RS Auctioneers!

Sequential closing of lots one after the other with a 1 minute interval.

No staggered or simultaneous closing.

Lot 1 will start closing at 12H00 on Thursday 9 April 2025.

Lot 2 will only start closing after Lot 1 has closed.

Following or subsequent lots will only start closing after the previous lot has closed.
